Also Drogoth is so easy to kill with maybe 4 battalions of archers. He cant kill them all before he dies. If you have a hero hero he is dead after he gets his firsst attack of or sometimes before. Heck a farmir level 3 can take drogoth on his own with a heal as he can shoot between knockbacks and kill him.

You have to be intelligent with Drogoth. Fly in, Fireball, then retreat to your base and wait for him to heal. Each fireball can take out several battalions and level Drogoth up.

Then, go mostly Spider Riders. Tower Guards are so slow that you can just run right around them and trample the archers. Then bring in Drogoth to take out the pikes, and you've got it made.

Also, Faramir can only beat Drogoth if you don't use any powers. Fireball pretty much destroys Faramir.

My faramir got fireballed, threw him. I got the good damage shot off and continued to shot and get knocked down. I healed Faramir and he won.

In that case, whoever was using Drogoth was just being stupid

If your opponent had just got one or two groups of Goblin Warriors with poisoned blades there, Faramir would have gone down in a heartbeat. If for some reason he couldn't, he should have retreated Drogoth after you used heal.

I already joined the 1v1 ladder. If you mean the hamachi networks, I am already in most of them. I am crazycuban in them.
