Hey, I wanted to know what do you think about implemeting a weak kind of magic for Arnor

I don´t know yet what it should look like, but some scenes in the books gave me the clue, that the actually Dunedain had some magic powers:

1) Malbeth the Seer - and his power of foresight
2) Halbarad and Aragorn also had this ability (same goes for Tar-Palantir - though he was Numenorean, not Arnorian)
3) The swords of the Barrow-down - with magic spells on them

What do you think of these things

In moderation - keep it subtle.

Of course it would be subtle, but I thought a little bit wouldn´t be wrong

Although nothing like that is included in the recent unit list, except Malbeth (but I´ll probably change that :shiftee2: )

I think it could work out pretty well, if you played your cards right. :p

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

That's right, some Dunedain had magical abilities to some extent, including Aragorn. Hence the long life spans, greater health and endurance, etc. For that matter, the Dwarves were a magical race like the Elves but this is often overlooked.

Keep it very subtle; nothing like Gandalf or Saruman. Powers like Starlight should be what you're aiming at, with the possibility of Lightning Sword style attacks and the like. Nothing over the top.
