So nobody else wants to be a pirate? Come on, guys, piracy! Also, being a pirate doesn't necessarily mean you can't have awesome sword skills, right?
I hope I am a good enough writer that some day dwarves kill me and drink my blood for wisdom.

Naruto was amusing for the first few episodes...then the fillers came...
When a show reaches 100 straight fillers...
It just sucks...

Aren't Pirates good with swords too?
Like cutlasses and stuff right?

Yarr, first mate Ithilien, to the high seas! And bring your cutlass! We may well have some swashbuckling to do, although probably not seeing as that's a Caribbean pirate thing, not a Japanese pirate thing. I believe we're more inclined to slice prisoners' heads off and shout orders through our colossal mustachios, which one day I intend to grow. (For real me, not character me.)

Well this seems to have plenty of support. Awesome :)

ThElderGod, I need to know what subforums you would like and in what order. I mean obviously you want Character Creation and IC but names and descriptors and suchlike aesthetics. Once we have that straight I'll go ahead and stick it up. Vort, you officially have permission to do the same if I'm too slow :p
Also, welcome to the Frontier :)
Of course I don't look busy; I did it right the first time.

Koizumi Junichiro(christopher), or Michiyo(chris)

Funny seeing as my name in japanese is actually Kurisu, not Michiyo. But i guess Kurisu is a more direct translation of Chris...

But yeah, these seems pretty cool. Whats going to be the deal on 'magic' in this? are we going to keep it strictly realistic in no mystical magic type stuff, or only mystic people have magic(meaning none of our characters have magic, but stuff like a random old guy in the mountains that we meet does, etc.) or crazy everyone has magic, making this more a fantasy set in asia...

Or have some kai type 'martial arts' magic?

I think it would be cool to include some mystical stuff, like my second example, where our characters, and other people dont have any magic, but ancient monks or shaman type people do. and maybe with a bit of the kai type stuff, but this would not be like blasts out of our hands and super human feats, more subtle then that...

I'd say the closest to "magic" we should come is probably something like subtle adjustments to our strength, speed, accuracy, etc. Kinda like what adrenaline does, only with more permanence.

To answer the question on the first page, I've only watched it once or twice. I thought it was decent, and then it became a weird fad at my school with all the weird kids wearing the weird metal headbands. I checked in a few months later and realized how dumb it was. I only liked the guy's name.

Sorry guys, I have been gone. Down in the midwest in Kansas, a huge freak storm came and blew a lot of my home away. The roof is literally off. Thankfully, now I'm at a friends. But it was terrible. Trees everyone throught town, and most of the buisinesses closed. But, I'll be on for a while. But, I'll be fully back on tuesday.

OK, it's all up.
ThElderGod, you now have to put up the character registration sheet and suchlike things. Everyone else you have to go join it.
Bad luck about your house by the way. That does sound quite disastrous.
