I do know that once i was having a dream and, long story short, i was swimming and slowly sinking till i was underwater and couldn't breath, i woke up then because i was holding my breath it real life.
Anyway, i have heard of the paralysis but dont know how you would do it.

That explains why, in a recurring dream I used to have as a child, I didn't feel it when a dragon (later Charizard ) bit off my finger. You cant feel things in your dream. Sometimes this lack of feeling actually effects your dream(for me it did anyway). Such as when i was punching something in my dream, but it felt like i was doing really weak, barely even touching it. This was because i wasn't actually punching anything in real life so my senses weren't really getting any 'feed back' like when you move your arms or punch something in real life.
But sometimes I do feel things in dreams. Of course, I don't really feel them, but I realistically imagine it.

I'm pretty sure that all you must do is realize that you're dreaming and then you'll be able to control it.
Reading a few articles about lucid dreams before you go to sleep should help

Well first off, only psychos who enjoy screwing with their brains to get funny reactions do this kind of stuff. If this describes you, ... oh. Well if you want a really strong sleep paralysis, cut off the circulation to your arm, take a sleeping pill, and wait for a minute then return the circulation. Longer the drugs are in your body with an interrupted circulation, the worse off you'll be. This is no joke, and yea, it's dangerous. But it's exactly what you want.

Psychos who enjoy screwing with their brains? Seriously, just how straight-edge are you? Have you ever smoked? Ever had a drink? Ever been in the same room as someone smoking a joint? What has led you to the conclusion that the only people who would take drugs or mess with their mind in any way must be complete idiots? By the way, this opinion has not been formed by this topic alone.Well first off, only psychos who enjoy screwing with their brains to get funny reactions do this kind of stuff.
So, do you have some childhood trauma that makes you refuse to alter your consciousness even a little? Did your parents drink or take drugs? Did you lose a friend to an overdose? Something like that? Or are you just intolerant?

The only thing I can do is roll away to avoid being smashed by a TIR truck... before (avoiding of) this happening I wake up and my feather quilt is on the floor (of course I feel my bed as the road in that dream).
Sometimes the dream is better than TV or a book... sometimes it's bull$|-|1+ Sometimes the situation from a dream is going to happen in the real life (today I had dream where I totally failed the exam, tomorrow I will have one from the Mathematical Analysis...).
Also when you dream, your brain saves your memories from the short-term memory to the long-term memory.
You'd better not mess with this...
