...what I've read. Apparently, if I control my breathing, I can do anything in a dream and actually feel it! Do you see the same possibilities I do?! I must learn how to cause it!

Ever heard of the saying "Curiosity killed the cat"? It wouldn't be fun if you were that cat, would it? You're 13 years old, causing your own sleep paralysis might bring harmful effects to your daily life, nobody knows what will happen. I know one thing though; whatever happens, you'll probably regret it for as long as you live.I MUST have this happen to me! I'm so fucking curious about this!

Sieben Elefanten hatte Herr Dschin
Und da war dann noch der achte.
Sieben waren wild und der achte war zahm
Und der achte war's, der sie bewachte.

also if you are paralyzed and you have your eyes open, they could become damaged from drying out, could they not?Seriously, causing your own sleep paralysis? As if you would, what do you see as the benefit from it? what could possibly be good about it? sounds just stupid too me...

You... randomly were put into sleep paralysis when your violent flashbacks started to kick in?
