I realise now that June has begun, so you are all welcome to have done the same with your work. The contest is hereby declared officially open! All submissions should be PMd to me, please. You have 1500 words, give or take, in which to provide an awesome read on the theme of 'sin'. Set to, lads and occasional lass that stops by! (Probably just lads, all things considered.)

The contest close date is the end of June. As soon as it is no longer June here in England, on British Summer Time, the contest shall be closed.

Go!
I hope I am a good enough writer that some day dwarves kill me and drink my blood for wisdom.

Excellent. I think I'll go for a medieval story involving the Crusades... :)

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP

I won't get disturbed. Jessica Paxton is in almost every one of my classes. I've dealt with worse.

Well, I still have to think up a solid idea :wink_new:
