Ah... the basic error when you did not copy your game2.dat from BFME 2 install directory to the RC Mod's directory :) Or did u do that?

DID you use the SAME serial as when you installed BFME 2? if not you need to enter that one ;)
If you did then probably BFME 2 doesnt work normally either ;)

Yes, I would try to play BFME 2 first, if that works, there is something wrong with the mod, if it doesn't work; well, I suppose you know what's wrong then :crazed:

Ok... The hard way to figure it out...
Open RegEdit (Start->Run, Type RegEdit)
ctrl+F to search...
Type your "serial" and press "find"
Make sure there are no "Spaces" or -'s :sad:
You should come in a folder that is named:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth II\ergc"
Straight under that you should find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Electronic Arts\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth II - RC Mod
Go there and go to 'ergc', look if the value in that folder is the same as the other one you found first, if its not then make sure it is.
Then copy your BFME 2 Game2.dat to the RC Mod's install directory and thats it ;) It should work now :p
