Play as what you want to play as. Become a Shinigami, or a Quincy, a Bount, or an Arrancar.

RPG Title: Bleach Unbound
RPG Era: Modern Japanese, though spreads into other Eras depending on locations.
RPG Description: Pick up a zanpakuto, grab a Quincy's spirit bow, use a Bount's doll, or an Arrancar's ressurection form. Do what you like, when you like.

Areas that can be explored are: The Real World, obviously Japan (or more if we like). The Soul Society (as you can become part of the 13 protection squads). And of course, Hueco Mundo, the Hollow world.

Do we get to create our own Zanpakutou abilities and such?

Yes, but there are only 13 captain positions and 13 Vice Captain positions, as such I'm limiting the 'Bankai' abilities to these 26 (so really everyone who plays as a shinigami should have some form of Bankai ability, doubt we'll actually have 26 shinigami players).

Quincy players are not limited in any way.

Arrancar players are only limited on their ressurection forms, as in no ultimate defense, attack, etc etc. Still able to use Cero, but no Grand King's Cero, unless registering for one of the 10 Espada.

Bounts will only be limited on their doll's abilities.

I actually like his shikai more then his bankai. His bankai is kinda...odd. I prefer Ichigo's bankai, it'd be kickass to be able to move faster then a flash step

Shunpo isnt the fastest in the world, in fact that's why Yoruichi is still called a "Goddess of Flash" there's another level of it called Utsusemi, basically just a faster version of Shunpo that leaves an after-image.

Well, I don't understand a word of this. What I do understand is that you, Nowe, are simply pushing forward idea after idea with no follow-through whatsoever. Are you intending to stick with Uprising or is that going to fall by the wayside in a few weeks too?

Hell no, Uprising my full attention, seeing as to how I quit and removed all MMOs from my computer recently. I see no reason for them to waste space when I just don't enjoy them anymore.

Hell, given the chance to work with a development team on an MMO entirely of our making, would we do it? HELL YES. I say screw the classic shit. Lets make something worth playing.
