Oh, add Thorin Stonehelm III (King Dain's son), Balin (Gimli's Cousin) Hadhod (Related to Gimli and Gloin) to Dwarven heroes.

And the catapult thing like the Demoslhir packs up to move but unpack to increase armor but makes it immoble.

Yeah, those make sense, but for future reference, I wouldn't add any dwarven heroes that come out of anywhere and have barely anything to do with the current characters or story.

Yeah, I just started modding in some units of dwarves for the Elves in the Elven Alliance mod and I might make an inn type of building for each building that will have units that are only available in that specific building. For example, for the Elves, I might just make a building that's called........ from the top of my head, the Northen Alliance Hall of Warriors or the Rhovanion something, anyways the building might include two types of dwarves, plus two dwarven heroes, Gloin and King Dain, and a Men Of Dale unit. Also, for the Rohan faction, there will be an elven barracks that have lorien warriors and archers, but the elven faction won't have them. But I already came across a problem where the dwarves are invisible. Do you think it's a good idea though?

Yeah, I just saw the announcement and I'm extremely excited, I just hope their will be double the amount of units EA did for the rest of the factions. Gondor only had about five and with the catapult, six, I'm just searching for much variety in a faction.

Not actually sure what count I should be saying, I can think of at least 5 different ways to count the number of units in a faction :thumbsupsmiley:

@ Gfire - do you include heros? Units that can be summoned?

For instance, vanilla Rohan has 6 basic units (peasants, yeomen, elves, basic and archer cavalry, ents). But then they have extra ents, the dead, extra elves, plus all the heroes (treebeard, aragorn, gimli, legolas, merry, theoden, eomer, eowyn).

So it could be 6, it could be 9, it could be 17.

And TDH has quite a few unit variations which could be counted as 1 unit or 4 units for example, so it depends how you look at it.

:p ok, thanks for the explanation... I was going to guess but decided not to. So what way is the counting for the 12 units? What does that include?

That would be sort of spoiling the suprise, but hopefully by the initial release we'll have 5 heroes, 2 siege units and 10 various troop types (some of which may be almost mini-heroes).

Yeah, I don't mean what units it includes.. I mean, are you including things like summons and heroes. Sounds pretty good. 10 units is pretty nice, actually.

There's a few more highly specialized/interesting units I'd like to have in, but considering the amount of animation work necessary to get them done, there's no way they'll be in the first release.
