Hey guys, its me Ar-Adûnakhôr. The project I'm currently working on is making some new and innovative lairs for (perhaps) use in S.E.E. You can see my work below.

NOTE: This is not currently an official project - this is my own work, not that of the S.E.E. team. When I am done I will probably make the maps available for download as an optional add-on for S.E.E.

Mordor Orc Lair
Posted Image
The first lair I made. I experimented with this one a while and ended up with an "orc camp" of sorts, with the orcs attacking anybody who comes near.

Haradrim/Easterling Lair:
Posted Image
Similar to the first one, only with different races. The Haradrim can either be put on Mordor or Creeps.

Isengard Lair
Posted Image
A combination of Uruk-hai, Dunlanders, and Warg-Riders.

Nice work. I'm looking forward to more lairs. For Isengard I think a scout camp would be best and perhaps some sort of leader/captain unit.

Perhaps these "civilized" lairs could be coded so that if a unit from the faction they represent comes within the usual attack radius, they gain control of the camp and all the units therein...

Hmmmm... it looks suspiciously like the Mordor lair... :p

Since there's already a Goblin lair, perhaps you could use the Gundabad goblin tents for Isengard; conversely, you could use the crude Dunlending buildings instead, which in my opinion would fit much better.

To all who say "change the Isengard lairs,"

I do realize it looks like Mordor, but the only option I have other than using the regular Isengard tents is the goblin tents, which look terrible and not like Isengard at all (see pic below). If anyone can tell me how to use other tent models, I'll gladly have a go. :p

Try the wooden huts from the Dunland map... those might work.

About the codes to get "civilized lairs" to join a faction. Check the Dol Guldur Campaign map :p
If the above post offended you in any way,
please take note that, until further notice, I don't care, so get lost.

I think the camps should be more hard to beat, then the dwellings. They should have a lot more units, and constant respawn, like 20-30-40 units (various, heavy units too), like a real vanguard camp. And they could have a more real alignment. Like Good camps for every good factions, Mordor MotE and Isengard for themselves, and Goblins for Goblins (because they were kind of renegade-like creatures) or maybe if your with Evil faction, then if you kill half of the Goblin camp, they would ally themselves to you. So the allied camp cannot be controlled but it would attack our enemies, and give you a very good line-of-sight, like a vanguard camp should.
Also about the editing: I don't know anything about mapping, and game editing, but I can draw pretty good, and I have good imagination, and I'm creative (honestly ;) ) So maybe I could design some camps in my free time, and then upload it. I already have some good ideas ;)
Anyways, keep it up. These camps are really good idea, and should be implemented :p

Hi!
So, I was really inspired by this whole camp thing, so I tried the worldbuilder for the first time, if I can put some good things togather. The result was this Gondor camp, I hope it's not too bad. :evgr:

G'day Predi and Ar-Adunakhor

Nice work mates but the teams a little focused on the Evil men fortress at the moment. I'm sure the boss man will look it over though :evgr:

No chance of returning....Zero chance of surviving....Well!? When do we get started?
