By the looks of things all you have done is add one unit from TS with a simple rules edit.
What TS unit?
I'm guessing with your saying that "everything explodes", you've magically made every single one of your structures explode a small bit into the game? I'll put your mind at ease. You did not create that. That's the copy protection mechanism within the game.
No, that happened to me before, all it does is f*ck the game up. And why would I need rulesmd.ini to do that?

Sticking DeathWeapon=TerrorBomb on all organic items - 100 fail points

Now that I look further... it's as if this dolt actually thought placing his tags BEFORE the start of a unit AFTER comments actually worked.

Binary person (I can't be bothered copy-pasting your username), mods need a little bit more work than just putting explosives on everything. Hell, my 3 year old cousin could probably do more stuff than that. In the hallowed words of Apu, "Thank you, come again."
