Trying to figure out deepstrike animation for this thing as I'm unsure how an Earthshaker emplacement should be placed into combat -- large dropship, r grav chutes, small thruster devices, Argus Lighter (meh)?

Listening Post (with Autocannons and gunner)

Vehicle Building (will have Dropship come down to insert cargo during unit build anims so roof of current building will go through a change)

Thanks! This has been ongoing for almost 9months now. Getting the buildings ingame has been a learning experience. Just need to FX them and waiting on Wereturip to finish the OE and putting them ingame.

HRM mod project is coming along VERY nicely.

Still need ideas how to have this thing deepstrike into battle. ie. I don't want an Arvus Lighter to do it as that's absurd? Perhaps some sort of lander?

Thanks.. we're working on the Earthshaker emplacement animations.. any thoughts on how an Earthshaker Emplacement can be deepstriked into the environment? We have some scenarios:

1) Inserted via Imperial Thunderhawk
2) Air dropped from orbit via 4 massive grav chutes
3) Brought in using some sort of Large Imperial Dropship OR transport noone has seen before

Update on Earthshaker Deepstriking animation..

it will go something like this..

The base of the gun (all parts that are stationary and cannot turn) is deployed with retro rockets. It's going to smash into the ground (maybe engines fall off) and those bronze coloured poles (that need to be pointed and slightly extended downwards, in case engines fall off) will stabilize the base against turning when that rocket in the middle (that's going to be swapped for a drill, I hope) starts to drill into the ground, burying the whole retro rocket base.

Once this operation is finished, navigation lights appear, gunship you showed from the game comes and drops the gun gently on the base. 2 Guardsmen magically pop up when the gun is finally installed (guess you don't want to animate them jumping with chutes out of the gunship).
