Am I right in thinking that Athos and I will be those writing serial stories? That's what it was last time I checked, which was admittedly over a week ago. Apparently this is a dangerous time to go gallivanting off across the country.
I hope I am a good enough writer that some day dwarves kill me and drink my blood for wisdom.

This should be a great way for more showing off work between the diffferent divisions and to the outside world. Writers, think about it: In a magazine your unknown stuff will get read sooner, because people will read the magazine for the things they already know to be interesting

I personally have no interest in journalistic reportings and whatnot, but I'd certainly like to contribute a monthly vignette/column sort, if you want that type of writing.
Is this a newsletter to be read by Revorians, or some greater publication?
