Again? oO

Wait a minute. What do you have installed? Do you uninstalled the Switcher? Or did you found another net framework data?
Do you have a screenshot from the error?

Okay then, let's try it again. But this time without the installer.

A correctly installed, patched and functional BfMe2 and RotWk is necessary. You need both directories without any data of other mods.

Download "Edain Mod v3.1 Komplettversion Rohdaten" and unzip the file to your desktop.
Drag all files with a ".big" at the end of their names in your RotWk-directory (the folder into where you installed the addon). Drag the "asset.dat" file in your BfMe2-directory (the folder where you installed the game).
The remaining files "GermanSplash", "README" and "Vereinbarungen" are not necessary for the Mod so you can delete them.

Download "Edain Mod v3.1.1 Rohdaten" and unzip the file to your desktop.
Again, drag all files with a ".big" at the end of their names in your RotWk-directory (the folder into where you installed the addon).

After this, simply start the addon and it should be running with Edain.
Hopefully. ^^

Then I'm at one's wits' end, sorry.

This error comes only when there is another mod installed (same goes for leftovers of a mod), or a patch is missing. There isn't much more I can suggest.

Usually not. But this wasn't a usual problem so far.

So better try it out.

Weird thing... In 9 out of 10 times.... about 15 mins into gameplay... I get SERIOUS lag. It's so severe it's not even playable...? =/

Lol, hardly ;) It's the latest Sony Vaio... $2500 :p
There must be something in the mod... other mods don't lag this way. I get like 30 frames a MINUTE.... lol

It's not even lag... it's more of a freeze.
Btw: Admin/Staff might wanna move this to Green Dragon or something... it's not exactly "modding BFME2/RotWK" :p

I actually had this happen in my mod too but I fixed it. Something must be continuously looping and it continues to build up as the game progresses.

I have some more info on the matter... It's map related. Some maps never have it, other always have it. I can list some of them for the Edain team if they'd like. But it's defenitely map related for sure =/

Edain should be hosted at T3A btw :p

Try "Ithilien II"... if you have that map?

Btw, does anyone know how the heck you get Mumakil in this mod? :thumbsupsmiley:

Strange... I know the Edain team, but they're seldom here, so I can't ask them

There must be Maumakil somewhere... but since I can't get the strings working, I have no idea what I'm doing sometimes. Kinda hard with all them prereqs that Edain have... =p

I know right. All I understand is this from the following text (this is my german) akjsfdkjadsfkljadfil Gandy aklfjaoisfjdsfjai Denethor aklfjdskldsaf... No offence I just dont understand German. But the prereqs make the game feel really sophisticated. I like that. Adamin works for the Edain Team... yamsinacan follows or works for them (IDK about him though)...

Sorry for answering so late:
To get Mumakil you first have to get the Spell Book power "Insignia of power (should be the one at the very right costing 10 points).
After that Khamul can summon a Harad Builder.
