Has this mod the general view thing(a different angle of the camera so that we can see the sky or should iadd it myself?
(I ask this because of some videos I saw on youtube).If it has this power already how can I use it?

In the current beta, the different views are only available on three maps: Weathertop, The Shire, and Mount Doom.

In 4.7, the the new camera modes will be available on every map.
