Moonrunner & Megan McDuffee collaborated on 7 new songs this year, with an album coming May 27th: https://moonrunner83.../hearts-on-fire
May is already beginning to be the best month for retrowave so far, along with new albums from Alex/Tokyo Rose, Power Glove, Waveshaper and soon Wayfloe.

Yota's music career might have started around the time of LifeLike and early retrowave years and had some collaborations on early retro/electro music, and finally her first retrowave album is here: https://newretrowave...rangers-on-film
If anyone hadn't imagined, I bet LifeLike had composed/produced some music for Yota over the years.
At the end of May, expect a review of all great albums released this month with new albums from Wayfloe and Moonrunner and also a new music video by Jessie Frye next week.

Thanks for introducing a new pretty artist's face, Pasidon. But her music is so-so, and the one you posted today has death heavy metal covering all over it.
I think Poppy is the right artist to do an English cover of Hyuna's Bubble Pop since it fits her obsession of Japanese bubblegum pop.
However.... this song:
And I just found one of the worst songs and music videos of all time, ten minutes worth of "I'm Poppy" statements with no music whatsoever. WTH was that? https://www.youtube....h?v=fpCXxqiTjqE

Poppy is great. She's a mess of conspiracy theories, impractical fashion, and psychological disasters who just happens to also do music. I found Poppy since she tends to do weird videos like this:
And even weirder music like this:
But... she also does get caught out being normal a few times:

In over 35 years, Warner Music Japan has an official full music video for Plastic Love (but it's too damn short).
While a rare 80s gem, here's an official Vevo audio/video clip from Christmas 2018.
Also a vaporwave version that sounded like Rick Astley singing in Japanese:
While it may land in my top 250 favorite 80s songs, this roughly about 8 minute song has almost as much singing time and lyrics as Bohemian Rhapsody.

I am literally starting to fall in love with this future synthwave princess.
Also Wayfloe's Neon West album has been released along with this playlist: https://www.youtube....N5H8E_9BqzuhYr4
