1. The Attack animals. On land, the Allies will keep their fast dogs. For soviets, how like to add bear??? They will a bit slower than the dogs, but they have more armor. The Sovs always was good animals trainers. And for Yuri, how like a puma with poisoned teeth??? Or a Alligator that can to swim???

2. The sea animals, keep the dolphin, the orca and the squid.

3. How like the buildings have a different apparency on different areas (Temperate, Snowy, Urban, Moon, etc) like on this mod???

4. My countries ideas:

Country: Japan
Side: Allies
Tactic: Navy Power- Ships statistics +15%, cost -20%
Veteran units: Destroyer, G.I., I.F.V
Special unit: Reptile APC: An amphibious transport that carries 5-10 infantry. Armed with a light machine gun and attack enemy chips with torpedoes! Medium armor and have a robotic driver (can´t to be mind controlled) /or Blizzard tank
No info idea

P.S.: give Grizzly tank to Germany because the destroyer is now a Japan veteran unit.

Country: Brazil
Side: Allies
Tactic: Ambush ( U.S.A. tactic) or Adaptive: All units speed+10%, Line of Sight +18%
Veteran units: Sniper, BattleFortress, Dolphin
Special unit: The Blizzard tank /or a kind of rocket artillery with incendiary ammo.
No info idea

Name: Yugoslavia
Side: Soviet
Tactic: Advanced fuel (or something like it): Vehicles & ships speed +20% like the Iraq (that will be removed), Or Advanced (Tesla) turbines: reactors provide 20% more power.
Special unit: An blimp or a chopper armed with 2 or 3 cosmonaut lasers. Price $2000 or $1750
Veteran units: Infector tank, and other two of the most tech advanced units on the soviets
Info: Nikola Tesla has born there, and in his honor, The Soviets created a giant lab, here they make researches for the future weapons of the Great Union. There, they created the second (Yuri went there first) ship that landed on the Moon (my idea).

This is something that annoys me (That really shouldn't).

I think Great Britian should have naval superiority. Why? Because for the last thousand years, GB has had the largest most powerful navy in the world. 2 years studying history will tell me this. With that aside, WE INVENTED THE DREADNOUGHT IN WORLD WAR ONE. I rest my case. (It's always confused me that Soviets have dreadnoughts and not allies).

So anyways, i think GB's special unit should be some kind of upgraded version of the awesome battleship. Maybe with more guns and explosions and stuff. Perhaps even a naval version of the battle fortress, that can carry maybe 10 infantry to fire out of (With increased range, etc).

So, I think GB should have naval superiority, if not just for realism.

With that slight rant aside, some nice suggestions here, although I'm not sure there's any point in having different buildings for different locations. I think it'll just get too confusing, and it's not that great a feature to have anyay... slightly pointless.

I agree with those suggestions. And this may sound stupid but... how about adding another leg for the centurion siege crawler? I mean, that thing looks like it's going to fall over if it moves. :p hehe.

Why did you post in this thread? It was dying in peace. Anyway I think the centurian is based off some RA3 unit, I wouldn't know, I played the demo and yelled "Fuck you EA"... I don't think I'll ever touch anything with the CnC label on it again after RA3 and the apperently singleplayer only expansion.

God... CnC and Starcraft are being flogged in front of my eyes.

Nah, Centurion is an RA2 concept unit, which was reused in RA3 Uprising.

What Omega said, and the reason Soviets have dreadnought is because the term is generalized. A dreadnought is: a type of battleship armed with heavy-caliber guns in turrets: so called from the British battleship Dreadnought, launched in 1906, the first of its type. So anyone can have a Dreadnought, just Great Britian coined the term.

Incursion was our working name for C&C3, but that wasn't converted into Generals by WWP. Incursion was being worked on after Generals was already being developed -- we were using SAGE to dev it, actually. Generals was always its own game. It was more an updating of C&C1 than anything akin to what C&C3 was going to be. A few of the unit concepts for early C&C3 ended up in RA2 / Yuri's... as yes, we were working on C&C3 stuff that long ago, right after TS/FS, but before we stopped work on C&C3 to work on Continuum.

*

Emphasis mine.*

So what's my point? I was speculating on what units he referred to. Could this following example be what became the Mastermind(?): http://www.cnc-sourc...p...ge&img=3965

This unit is called the Puppet Master, it was a Cabal concept. There are more versions of it though, like the following:

http://www.cnc-sourc...p...ge&img=3982

http://www.cnc-sourc...p...ge&img=3960

Catalyst idea for the Brute(?): http://www.cnc-sourc...p...ge&img=3936

So anyway, would it be cool and fitting to have a Puppet Master unit more alike the first one in MO?

Edit: Now that I read that quote again, it says Ra2/YR, which seems to referr to the Yuri concept in general, starting as early as in Ra2 that is. YR is simply an extension of this idea.

Edit: I don't see these ideas getting all too far into anything usable by the looks of things, as it really already exists in the mod and even in the standard game.

Eh who cares. Your post just made it far worse (not being remotely useful).
