I've got an amazing idea. Somewhere theres an SC3K building maker. You basically use 3d blocks to do the building, then it has textures and decals to put on. You could make quite high-quality buildings with it. See if you can find that somewhere.

Sim City 3000 Ultimate has the structure building feature you are refering too. It is really quite cool. I love it.
Anyway, there is a CnC Sim connection. In SC3 there are two industrial buildings, one called "Kane's Tiberium" and another called "Havoc's factory" or something.
Very cool.

But SC3K and RA2 were made before this. The tool can be downloaded even if you don't have SC3K. Anyone got a link?

I think that is in SC4. Like Kravvitz said, the connection between CnC and SC is EA.
