Autoheals=yes is auto repair. Also, I know several mods use this so it does work.

Or it could be some super weapon type thing in your sidebar, you click on it and it toggles repair on all your buildings. Although, thats more of a 'repair all' option then an atuo-repair.

or if you can have it under options as on/off.

Yes, i most certainly do not know everything that is and is not possible. I don't mod YR, my modding experience extends to creating some map mods ages ago now and thats it. So not everyone can be expected to know everything about YR Beo, doesn't mean i shouldn't make suggestions just encase they might not be possible...
