The two to the left look too old, though one of them could be Dain.Thorin - Gloin - Dain... perhaps?
... some other Dwarves, from the movie:
... four Dwarves at the Council of Elrond ...
from: The Quintessential 'Lord of the Rings' Website
According to the books, Gloin was Emissary of Dain and head of the delegation from Erebor. Please notice the colour of the Dwarves' hair - none of them are grey or white-haired, cf.:
... so a Dwarf with white hair would be very old.p. 284-5:
[the Dwarves'] average age (unless they met a violent death) was about 250 years ...
By forty all Dwarves looked much alike in age, until they reached what they regarded as old age, about 240. They then began to age and wrinkle and go white quickly (baldness being unknown among them ...).
EDIT: bigger picture, correct text in last quote.
P.S. (10/24):
@Nazgul: Gimli is the dwarf in the middle. According to the books, one of the other three should be Gloin; None of them could be Dain II, Thorin III, Durin VII or Dwalin, as these were higher ranking than Gloin, who according to lore was the emissary of king Dain and also speaking on behalf of king Brand of Dale.
The names given to those dwarves on The Quintessential Website are probably 'production names' - all three names belong to dwarves, that at the time of the War of the Ring were long since dead, so they could eventually be associated with Gloin or any other dwarven hero not mentioned above.
