So with 4.7 on the horizon Im trying to address any unfinished or let down projects Ive got lying around. Ill be mapping in a very limited capacity for SEE which means I have no clue when or if Ill ever finish any more map projects.

Some are familiar with the Last Bridge map I made using EA's Argonath map. Ive now decided it would be best to combine the Argonath, Amon Hen and the Falls of Rauros into one map. Amon hen is a rather small map as it is so an enargement was due. Here is a progress shot showing whats complete and what is still remaining to do.

Thats great work, but blue water would be nice instead of black

You have a good point about the color. I'm currently using the argonath water because I like how the river blends with the body of water, I'm sure with the proper skydome and reflections the water will take on a blueish color. If it ends up looking like doo doo, I may just make that change.

How long time did it take for you to learn to use the map editor?

Id say Im a decent mapper theres a lot of things that I dont know how to do with WB and now I really dont have time to learn.

This is a WIP and while it does appear to need trees, I had them turned off cause it lags like no other trying to texture and work the terrain. Enjoy the density of the forest around Amon Hen... yes the trees are scaled.

Credit goes to Zachdaddy3000 for the idea of combining these three elements into one map.

Looks fantastic :crazed: . But I would decrease the tree-density a little bit, you hardly see the heroes.

Yeah its a little too dense right now, Im in the process of scaling and then spreading out the trees.... Ea did put buttons on the bottom of the screen with hero portraits in them and when you click on it your hero is selected. :crazed: might help if you cant find your units. I thinnk maps like this will be very interesting with ambush strategies being very useful.

The thing is, I'm busy with exactly the same map :crazed: , but then for the RC-mod. But I started a whole new map, and didn't take a part of EA's. But I like you map more (just like Dol Amroth :D ) . :p
