I dont like what they've done to some of the hordes in rotwk (ie. Dwarves only have 10 gaurdians in a horde, lorien warriors have only 12).
How do I add an extra row (5 for dwarves, 6 for elves) in the horde?

In the Object ElvenLorienWarriorHorde you can find...
These lines determine how many units are in the horde:
These lines define positions...
So if you add a unit you may need to add a new RankInfo line or just add a position to the list of positions
BTW there is a search function on this forum.. many have asked the same question u just asked

Leader i suppose could mean that its the row that must be filled if possible

I think how units will stand when some of them die. When you have a bataljon of 15 soldiers of gondor, and 13 of them die then only two remain. And those are Leader 1 0 and simply the X = 0 and Y = 0 (Basic unit ).
