As LoM said, we have resolved this matter via PM with Adamin, who's also on the Edain team like LoM. It was NEVER a matter of me being upset though... trust me on that! I was merely trying to recall if I ever spoke to them, lol. But since Sûl did, and since he is more or less Co-Leader of the SEE mod, I trust his judgement on whether another mod is qualified to use SEE assets and codes or not. My only rule for donations are:

1) Only for established bigger productions!
2) Always give credits!
3) If needed, exchange stuff as trading! (Give & take)

Now, I recently tried the Edain mod (aparently) and I'm impressed, which I seldom am... This mod kicks ass (since it's so close to my personal taste, lol), and I am VERY proud to be able to use assets from this production. That doesn't mean however that I will "take anything"! I will select a limited number of assets that I feel would fit very well into SEE, and that would save me/us a LOT of time, since we'd probably have to do similar models anyways. And I'm very short on modeling power in the SEE team atm... Then I will list them to the Edain team and make sure I get the proper names for the credits =)

This means that SEE is now in a full modding alliance/partnership with both RJ and Edain mod, and we'll continue to help eachother :thumbsupsmiley:

Wouldn't there be a problem anyway with combining mods because Rob isn't here and you wouldn't be able to continue his work or take it over? Or would that not be a problem?

Well, And SEE and RJ is completly difference so i guess not. Although Rob are Naz best friends and partner. All modders should have something in mind..respect other people work..always give them credit and ask for permission if you want to lay your finger on other work.

Well the question is not even thinkable, for a number of reasons. And the topic has already been answered in detail in this thread :thumbsupsmiley: But just to be clear - off course (it would be a "problem")! I would never even think about trying such a thing, and even if I was stupid enough to do it, I would get kicked out of the modding community. I have no desire to merge mods i any way other than helping eachother with assets and coding assistance, etc.

Well the question is not even thinkable, for a number of reasons. And the topic has already been answered in detail in this thread :D But just to be clear - off course (it would be a "problem")! Got you. I know that there are many otther reasons why you wouldn't, but I just wanted to know if that was a problem if nothing else were...I thought that would be the case.

Well then it wouldn't be SEE. It's been made clear that SEE is about realistic and long gameplay. If that's what the mod is about, then making a faster gameplay version would defeat their purpose.
