The model does however suffer from serious binding errors in all attack anims, so I'll try to get a modeler to rebind it... :mellow:

Yes, but for some reason, most anims have pretty serious flaws, which streches his face and make some parts of the body look really weird. If this is fixed, I could use the same model for Shagrat as well, and all the Uruk heroes would look like Uruks for sure :party: (Even if the models are pretty low quality otherwise) =p

I guess some of the polies have been rigged to the wrong bones. After using the 'auto-rig' function, you need to adjust a few polies by hand (so i've heard or rather read in a tutorial).

I wish I knew how to operate RenX/GMax... I would fix them all, but... I tried that, and it wasn't really my "cup of tea" =?

nice. it would be nice if he got a "medicine" power that healed nearby heroes, "meat's back on the menu", which is leadership to uruk scouts, and "they're on our trail", which doubles selected units' speed.

Ugluk and Mauhur should be counterparts. Ugluk is a moderate melee hero whilst mauhur is a ranged moderate hero. If the heal power is given to Ugluk (along with Carnage) and the Speed boost power is given to Mauhur (along with Cripple Shot), then they would be equal (with Lurts as the uber Uruk watching over them :party:).

I know in the movies, there was a set hierarchy (i.e. Ugluk higher than Mauhur), but as in this case, they are both classed as similar ability heroes, I guess they could be counterparts...
