In game.data where it says EnableHouseColor = Yes chance it to No.

I would also suggest to remove the banners from the structures then, as they would be all grey for all factions then :

; Draw = W3DScriptedModelDraw ModuleTag_Draw_HCBanner
; OkToChangeModelColor = Yes
; DefaultModelConditionState
; Model = ...
; End
; MultiPlayerOnly = Yes
; End

In order to be able to change the gamedata.ini create another gamedata.ini in the folder ..ini\object and put there the

;//=============================================================
;//= GAME DATA =
;//=============================================================

part and the following data from the original file... the game does not read any data changed in gamedata.ini in the folder ini of your mod.

Sorry for reviving dead topic.

How might I do this in BFME 2: ROTWK? ;)

Also, how can I remove the banners?

In ROTWK, it's the same as the other games. Edit that line in gamedata.ini

So in the ROTWK folder, it is in the file labeled game.dat?
