This is the legendary 1992 Williams Renault FW14b, still considered to be the most advanced race car ever built most of it's technology is banned by the FIA today. It carried Nigel Mansell to the 1992 Drivers World Championship as well as winning Williams a constructors championship in a dominating season.

lolz just watched the episode of Top Gear with Nigel Mansell in the reasonable car XD I can also vividly remember watching this car from my childhood.
