that fancy spiral picture was taken with a long shutter time. Which means more light and shit coming into the picture. the films and whatnot doesnt show that level of light because they are unable to gain that long shutterspeed without fubaring the FPS.

Yeah, i was thinking that was the other thing, it might have been taken with a long shutter making it look like that.
Anyway, watched the vids just then and either way it looks cool, maybe its a rocket just spinning out of control. Maybe its a portal. Maybe the aliens have final arrived, or its god, whatever the case:
