Perhaps in order to entice the AI to build them more, AI Combat Power could be set to be the sum of all ships buildable from it. Or half that. Or something.

Hmmm. So is the AI upgrading or building space colonies and starbases fixed for v1.1.1 or do i still need the space colony fix?

The AI does not build level 1 Star Colonies in v1.1. It does upgrade them once it has level 1, however.

So this will fix that, yes.

I wondered why there are no space stations on AI planets.

On a side note, will AI build different star bases once it has needed colony level?

They should. Not to say they will do it extremely intelligently, but it should happen nonetheless.

And just to be perfectly clear. Just extract the archive to XML folder and no need to do anything else for it to work?

Extract to the main PR directory, not the XML folder. The ZIP file has the Data\XML folder structure.

Okay. Noted that. Moved the 4 files into xml directory root.
