Bother posting the cameo without the textbar?
Also,look at the coloring:Its blue.Whilst the idea behind it is soviet.Wouldn't a cameo like this one be more fitting?...

Didnt you recolour the background as well?
The cameo itself is pretty...misunderstanding.The background looked like some,I don't know,smoke and such when a big rocket is launched.
...
Bah.Better do my own.
EDIT:Cameo attempt.I usually fail at cameos,so don't jump at me.

How do you add background on cameos? Mine just has white blank backgrounds.
EDIT: And how do I get this Scud Launcher to work? Can it really fire the missile?

To get it working properly you'll have to replace the V3 with this unit, as only three units can use the missile spawning logic (the other two are the Dreadnought & the Boomer). The easiest way to replace the V3 with this unit would be to rename the file from > too;
maz > v3
mazwo > v3wo
scud > v3rocket
This will override the original V3 graphics & replace it with this new Scud launcher.
maz > v3
mazwo > v3wo
scud > v3rocket
This will override the original V3 graphics & replace it with this new Scud launcher.
