Devastators (2 Lascannons, 2 Missile Launchers)
Notes: It is rare indeed that a White Scar squad is called on to fight as devastors, that is to say dedicated hunters of heavy armor in the Chapter. These are older marines who have trained in these specialist skills and can both fight both on foot and in this specialist armor hunting role. Slightly deeper voices, still with the white scar mongol warrior accent.

Devastators Sergeant (Devastator Shanyu)
Notes: An old and wise marine sergeant indeed, whose squad has cross trained to fight as devastators. He sounds similar but slightly deeper voiced than the tactical sergeant

Command Squad Bike Leader (Tarkan)
Notes: True heroes even among the brothers of the White Scars chapter, these Chapter elites embody everything that it means to fight as a White Scar – the apocalyptic horsemen of Primarch Jaghatai Khan. Not only do they have the mongol accents of all White Scar units, one can hear the fierce zeal in their voices. Slightly reminiscent of the vanilla dark crusade grey knights.

Notes: Voice like the vanilla Chaplain with a strong mongol accent

Captain (armed with power weapon & boltgun) (Quagan-Captain)
Notes: Voice like the vanilla force commander with a strong mongol accent

Khan (mounted on Moondrakkan) (Khan)
Notes: The voice of the ultimate White Scar warrior, his voice rings with wisdom and triumph in every word. His voice is regal, reflecting not only his Chogoris origins but many centuries of strategic indoctrination and experience in war as he commands a full company of the White Scars First Founding Chapter.

Land Speeders (Heavy Bolters, one Tornado with Assault Cannon) (Dragonhead)
Notes: A light, flying vehicle that brings truly heavy firepower to the signature quick assault campaigns of the White Scars. Voice sounds like the vanilla land speeder voice with the mongol accent

Vindicator (Tier4 uber?) (First Company Vindicator)
Notes: Specialist siege and urban war vehicles. White Scars often prefer deploying Vindicator as their heaviest armor on the field, in more varied tactical roles, and as a light alternative to the Land Raider. This Vindicator has been upgunned and is one of the finest most deadly relics of the chapter’s armory, manned by the very elite of the chapter. The voice sounds like a cross between the Tarkan voice and the vanilla predator/rhino voice.

Curious..

You named some units to their White Scar designations as in post just above. Other squads don't have such an alternate White Scar-i-fied name. Can you add?

Tactical Squad
Notes: White Scars are like all marines, they are devoted to their Emperor and their masters. In this case Korsarro ["Kor-Sah-Roh"] Khan, the White Scars basically are archetyped to be mongols in space.
They are zealous but also love speed, they love lightning assaults and the thrill of hunting the enemy. They should be enthusiastic yet solemn. White Scars are based on Early day Mongols. Try to picture them as SpaceWolves without being Vikings. They are very animal like, Wolfish. Picture them as not just battle worn but weather worn. Heres a good pic of A White Scar Vet Picture. Notes: A stormSeer in like a sharman. He is more in tune with his natural surroundings and has a greater affinity for the White Scars symbolic Animals and objects. The Wolf, the Horse, the Hawk and Eagle, Wind and water, Thunder and Stone. Picture the StormSeer as an older, wiser White Scar but with just as much (If not more) cunning and battle Lust. He is knowledgeable and calm before battle but becomes a thing of trickery and rage in combat. Speak like a Mongolian tribal elder, someone who speaks calmly with confidence as he wields great power and knowledge.

Notes: A large armored personnel carrier designed to safely and quickly bring a squad to where they are needed most. It can be outfitted with minor weapons, a bulldozer blade to plow through obstacles and defensive upgrades like extra armor and smoke grenades. Think of a Mongolian warrior inside a tank speaking louder than he realizes as he can't hear himself over the sounds of the engine.

Wow yeah major difference.. did a file-compare with each of the original scripts. Good call man..

If you didn't already know.. the absolute final WS list is right HERE!

On to Praetorians! Should have Mordians done at the same time as well. I also had to start up Blood Angels as their voice project needed some help but don't worry: its being tackled as you've done so much yer head is gonna erupt into a fluff volcano! :)
