Hi, i want to give the Soviets an airfield. I downloaded one and one to implement it in the game, how do i do it?

Not via necroposting, that's certain.
Copy-paste GAAIRC code, modify, add in new building to aircraft's Dock, update DockingOffsets if neccessary.

I added GGAIRCMK to building type in rulesmd. And these are the codes in rulesmd. What am i missing to have the building, i can't build it.

Did you add it to the [BuildingTypes] list? Also, you've added "GGAIRCMK" to the commented out Dock list on your aircraft, rather than the uncommented one. Lastly, AIBasePlanningSide should be 1 if this is a Soviet building and you want the AI to build it.
One more thing, "GGAIRCMK" ? I forsee that name causing image problems somewhere, given that the current Air Force Command's buildup sequence is "ggaircmk.shp". If you want your building to look like the Allied Air Foce Command, then change the name to something else (NAAIRC?), and add Image=GAAIRC to the building code.
If you do have your own graphics for the building, you need to make sure they have an entry in artmd.ini. See the Air Force Command's entry in artmd.ini if you need to know how to format docking points and stuff.

Ok, i can build it now, but i just get a square piece of concrete instead of the airfield (yes you foresaw this ), and i can't build the MIG29. The airfield is downloaded and i don't know if it will cause problems if i edit the name.

Rename all the AIRCs to AIR2 IMO. Use the art code included with http://forums.revora...e-2#entry791864 modify that to refer to GAAIR2 everywhere as well and go.
