whenever i try to use the mod it j ust say error activating mod help i have first decade

If its Vista, the exe needs compatibility settings set to Windows XP and run as admin.

I have the same troubles on the vista and I did what was said above, but it just goes to Yuri's Revenge with no mod on.

This is probably because Yuri.exe or Gamemd.exe is already running. Check your processes tab in the task manager and cancel those.

I also had this problem, to make it work try giving admin rights to the game and the mod exe
