Yes, Hamachi works i believe but if got vista/win7, often can't install the IPX protocol to make it work... No hamachi group for RS exists ATM AFAIK and most wanna wait for 2.0 i think.

One last question.
Me and my friend tried using hamachi. And yes we saw each other in the lobby but when one of us tried to connect there's an error saying like "can't join game same serial #" something like that.
Is there anyway we could fix that? Thanks again.

Yeah what m666 said , you need another serial for other player or no dice.
