I was going through the insane amount of SEE files I have in my system, and I stumbled across these obsolete models from Clement, donated like 2 years ago when his nick was TheDeadPlayer. I don't think he ever used these in any mod, but I got permission to use them in SEE. Currently there's no room or use for them, but when we split Rohan from Gondor, I will put these in and complete them with loads of random skins, just like the Rohirrim cavalry.

Just thought I should give you a teaser of the raw models... :p

nice. for the swordsmen, i think some men in the battalion should have axes for variation. love it. can't wait for 4.7, let alone 4.8

That's the idea.. Swords, axes in randomization, and shields would probably use CaH stuff, with TDP's sheild textures kept =)

Great models, but I think helmets are a bit strange. The eyes protection is mean to actually protect the eyes and so is not so wide and eyes are not so visible (also because the protection under the eyes joins to the nose one and that causes the eyes to be in shadow):

Don't worry... you'll like the result of the finished models. TDP left these loong ago, so I don't think he'd mind if we work on them a bit further =)

They are...

I used the pikemen and I had to improve most of the animations due to the shield position problem (I had to move the shields up a bit so that the warrior held it in the middle); if you encounter the same problem, I can offer you the animations.

Ah, very cool. I must admit that Rohan was my favorite team in BFME I, so it will be great to see this kind of thing coming to see. Very very cool.
