Good . It looks very good. (Maybe at the sides should be a visible difference between the house and the roof. Rest is ok )

The yellow on the shields don't show very good, should be... well, yellow.. :p
Don't use multiply or overlay on those :crazed:

The white could also be a little more visible, but it's okay. Maybe it's to small

edit: and Boromir... well, his nose is huge

The shields also look a little flat. Make the metal parts pop a little more.

You'll either have to remap him then. No modeling required :crazed: You'd have to rebind and export him though :p
Or you can try to fix it in the texture, as the face on the model is flat.. so you'll have to do slight adjustments to it on the texture.

Or you can do nothing and just let it be the way it is. If you don't work with models, you can't be blamed :p
