I just downloaded the mod yesterday and I have been trying to figure out how to get the b-2 spirit. I read the allied aircraft descriptions and it said that they are called by the allied captured boris. What does this mean.

If you get Boris as the Allies, he calls in B2s rather than TU160s. It's as simple as that.
