There is an option in the launcher if you read it more closely.

... Just place all files in your ZH map. most important is the Eng.Big file. That way you convert this ZH folder to a Contra folder, which isnt possible to turn back, unless you delete the files manually and reinstall after that. i suggest you to copy the folder first.
