Did a online scan, and found out of this virus called Reser.Reputation.1,yet God knows shit about it.Google didn't find out anything at all.

Anybody knows anything?...Its weird,as after I use the respective applications, the comp makes the whole desktop stuck.Like, everything is stuck. And when I close my comp,I somehow get some problems when loading, but this is because there are some components of the laptop which don't make such a good connection(the memory IIRC.)

Online scanning often gives wrong results, just so you will download the full version, or so. Few Online scan results can be trusted.

Yet, I did some google'ing of myself, and found a link that may help you a bit further.

http://community.nor...3788D7DD40A6F35

It's Norton's main forum, which is a virus removal program. There is quite a chance that they will refer to Norton stuff, so do not get your hopes up (too much).

@Man of Gondor: you're not helping out either :crazed:
If the above post offended you in any way,
please take note that, until further notice, I don't care, so get lost.

Don't do online scans, they can't be trusted, they usually give a lot of warnings just so you buy the full version. Instead I'd go for AVG or Avast, both good virus scanners that are free :crazed:
It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP

Avira Antivir is the best freebie. Avast is only good for boot scans.

I don't know whether to say "you're a moron" or "Norton! There's your problem"
Find a better antivirus, as the others have suggested and run a deep scan.
Hostile is a cunt.

Thought I'd have that here to save time.

As I said,I don't have Norton,I made a online scan(and not with Norton.Yes,I know Norton's the problem, yet the internet scan said that only Norton found the problem, and seeing that the others didn't show anything off...)

I have BitDefender(which really works) but got some small...financial problems ;) and it expired.

Well,I'll go for Avira,as heard better stuff about it than from AVG or Avast.

Spybot is for spyware... And the guy's having trouble with some virus.

Allathar speaks the truth.

Well,Avira made a scan,found 7 viruses I didn't know of,then deleted the respective files.So,got rid of it.
Avira works pretty well.I can't complain. Its what I need for the moment.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials. Has good detection rates and doesn't annoy me about anything.

Same. Plus it uses very little resources, which makes it perfect to run in the backgound.

Helps with viruses too. Probably won't fix it, but it'll prevent this crap from happening again. I've used Spybot for years and never had a virus / spyware since and I've been in some pretty shady sites.

True, Spybot is great for preventing shit from happening, but doesn't really know how to clean shit up.

Spybot is so shitty now. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is the king of anti-spyware.
