Saddam has done nothing in the past 12 years, since he got his ass righteously whooped after he invaded Iran and Kuwait. Since then, he's done nothing wrong. I do not agree with how saddam does things, but in his own country, we have no right to move in and stop him. Essentially, if that is the case, Libya should be next on the list, due to Gadafi's extremist policy against the black population.
War on terror my arse.
I really don't think we should be there than any other reason than to acquire some exclusive oil contracts.
Although I'm not too big about meddleing in foriegn affairs it should be next to impossible to say that Saddam has done nothing wrong. Unless of course you don't think allowing your troops to rape and kill random civilians is bad. Or if you of course think that killing others based solely on the fact that they aren't in the same branch of Islam is fine. Or maybe you think the Geneva Convention is a pile of crap and executing POWs on television is all fine by you. Or maybe you love breaking treaties about chemical weapons (we did find a plant over there). Sure he hasn't done anything wrong, not at all
Now, if Gadafi is oppressing our brothers in Africa, we need to kick his ass (I'm not too up on the Gadafi issue, although I think I'll do some research now). Powell should be all over this, he's a big minority guy, and he loves helping Africa (as he should).
