1. Completely new AI MADE FROM SCRATCH. No more old style Robot general.
3 new difficulties. Passive (exactly that; for the less experienced player), Aggressive (much harder than the current hard Robot AI) and Insane (It will destroy you)
Tank General is now fully working with AI on all difficulties. AirForce general is half way done. And extremely scary.
2. Supply Centres/supply gathering sources (mobile supply truck for GLA etc) now generate $5 every 6 seconds or so. They have been redesigned to be able to help a player re build their base again if hit by a strong attack. If you have a supply centre left, you can stay in the game. You can now also build dozers from the supply centres, and if you have none left, you can build ONE FREE disaster recovery dozer, which can help you stay in the game.
3. Cash transfer. All supply centres have an option called "Cash Transfer". This works like a USA supply drop. You prepare resources for transfer, and a cargo plane drops them to the target location. Great for helping out an friend in a co op match, or drawing an enemy to a point, or saving resources for later.
4. Zoom. The zoom has been rescaled so that now it is TWICE the normal distance out. You can see a lot more of your base, and a lot more of your units. Very handy and a lot more helpful.
5. All tech upgrades have been changed from "upgrades" to "objects" so that when you mouse over something you can't yet build or use, it no longer says "requires additional science." It will tell you what you are missing; i.e. "Requires Global escalation"
