The game is not that balanced yet for a little tournament . Maybe it will be better on the further releases .

of course you may, and we (might) encourage it, but wouldn't think of our progress right now, only a few factions are balanced so it can be rather boring not to be able to pick your own choice of faction because its unbalanced still
therefore ( if i were you) you should wait until either next or later releases to strat such activities
