Techmarine (Tech Master)
Notes: A Techmarine is a marine who has been sent to Mars to be taught the ways of the Adeptus Mechanicus. A holy church dedicated to the machine god, their version of the Emperor. When they return Techmarines are treated as alien strangers and isolated from their former brothers by suspicion. I imagine they talk much like a machine with all their implants and possibly with a hint of lunacy.

Techmarine on a Bike
Notes:
Techmarine of the fifth Legion. The White Scars are mystic barbarians whose savage ways irritate many, but their incredible methods cannot be dismissed. This battle-brother sways allegiance to both the Chapter and the Ordo Mechanicus, making him a sort of pariah, his road is a lonely one but not his purpose! He is still a savage and honourable warrior that knows all things machine. Voice should be one of a harsh or brutal near-gutterish Asian / Mongolian accent.

Notes: White Scars are like all marines, they are devoted to their Emperor and their masters. In this case Korsarro ["Kor-Sah-Roh"] Khan, the White Scars basically are archetyped to be mongols in space. They are zealous but also love speed, they love lightning assaults and the thrill of hunting the enemy. They should be enthusiastic yet solemn. White Scars are based on Early day Mongols. Try to picture them as SpaceWolves without being Vikings. They are very animal like, Wolfish. Picture them as not just battle worn but weather worn.

Notes: White Scars are archetyped as Mongols in Space (on Motorbikes!) but they have an Eastern Warrior mystique and Noble Savage aspects as well. They are expert hunters and horsemen, and specialize in lightning assault.

Notes: A stormSeer in like a sharman. He is more in tune with his natural surroundings and has a greater affinity for the White Scars symbolic Animals and objects. The Wolf, the Horse, the Hawk and Eagle, Wind and water, Thunder and Stone. Picture the StormSeer as an older, wiser White Scar but with just as much (If not more) cunning and battle Lust. Kor’sarro Khan
Notes: Captain of the White Scars 3rd Company, Khan holds the title Master of the Hunt – a title unique to the White Scars. Tasked with the hunting down of a particular foe, the Master of the Hunt can call on any resources to take out the enemy he is tasked to destroy. Mounted on Moondrakkan, his unique bike, and armed with the sword Moonfang, Khan hunts those foes deemed worthy of death by the White Scars. Jaghatai Khan (Primarch)
Notes: Voice is an amplified mongol accented voice. He is cool, collected, and very much in control of himself, a consummate general and leader with a flair for poetic turns of phrase (once in a while). At the same time, there are hints of savage and ruthless commander beneath the statesman-like veneer. Offensive ability is Lightning Attack: knocking other infantry out of the way, Jaghatai Khan charges up to an does huge damage to a single commander/monster/daemon/vehicle/building with his gigantic scimitar. Defensive ability is Horsehair Smoke: explodes smoke within a large range around him and ranged units cannot fire into cloud & ranged units in it can only attach in melee.

Notes: A large armored personnel carrier designed to safely and quickly bring a squad to where they are needed most. It can be outfitted with minor weapons, a bulldozer blade to plow through obstacles and defensive upgrades like extra armor and smoke grenades. Think of a Mongolian warrior inside a tank speaking louder than he realizes as he can't hear himself over the sounds of the engine.

Notes: Specialist siege and urban war vehicles. White Scars often prefer deploying Vindicator as their heaviest armor on the field, in more varied tactical roles, and as a light alternative to the Land Raider. This Vindicator has been upgunned and is one of the finest most deadly relics of the chapter’s armory, manned by the very elite of the chapter. The voice sounds like a cross between the Tarkan voice and the vanilla predator/rhino voice.

Notes: Land Raider pilots of the White Scars are veterans of many campaigns. Like all Scars, they treat their vehicle as a mighty steed, bearing them into battle. They urge them onwards like living things, and their voices are wild cries and shouts, the raw joy of speed urging them on. They are older members of the chapter, and their voice should be suitably rough and weathered, experienced, and slightly cocky. Still, they defer to the commander. Voice comes from inside a vehicle, so perhaps a vox type effect over a deep and experienced voice.

How to speak White Scars
Accent: The White Scars are from a primitive world, and given their combat tactics, appearance and attitude (and given their descriptions in the Black Libraries many works about them, and the coverage of Armageddon) they should have a gruff ,if not outright raspy, Asian accent. Space Wolves would be more akin to Nordic barbarians, whereas White Scars should sound like Mongols. Throaty, deep, guttural voices...but with an Asian accent.
