I just deleted a map that I just worked hours on by mistake when I was remaining my files.

Please tell me that it's not just totally gone?

I'm about ready to just bash my fucking head into my glass coffee table.

I can't fucking believe this shit.

Check the Recycle Bin or use file recovery software (I recommend Recuva).
