My my, someone's keeping busy!
That's really good :crazed: The only minor objection I have is the bridge over the river - it's quite long, and lacks any midway support! It looks a little strange... other than that, I'm loving the detail!

...Tnx to Nàmo for the name of Kadar'nKhand :-)

The name is Kadar 'nKhand, thank you ... with a space, otherwise it should be Kadar-en-Khand.

Nice concept, and nice work.

I might comment later, though that would mostly be various minor objections/hints i relation to town-planning and architecture ... for now just this: the Rulers of the City would undoubtedly have a very decent cavalry, mercenaries known as Variags ... and please give those bridges some proper support; with the current wooden structure preferably some triangulated timberwork (arch) spanning the gap.

I'm not that familiar with the BfMe2 civilian structures ... are those Pelargir buildings and walls etc.?

This is brilliant, Sindarin... it really has the feel of a bustling city.

Minus the bustling... if that makes sense...

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

Very nice, though i agree with Pup and Namo about the wooden bridge.

@ Namo: Most of those objects are generic Gondor buildings, from BFME 1.

Might it be better with the supports for the bridge being scaled to only just touch the under side of the bridge? Also perhaps slightly fewer supports? The people look a little elven for their surroundings and might be a little out-of-place considering it's wartime... I'm just wondering whether {IRS}Athos was suggesting put more life in the city or just making an observation – anyway entirely to your discretion.

– Just looking at these pictures from your first post I was just thinking the steps look a bit odd being repeated and how they fade on one side and not the other. There's probably nothing you can do about it and it's only a small thing (as are all these notes). Also in that last image you might want to change the way that the building with the water pool on its roof edges below the ground in the back-left corner just in front of the turret thing in the corner.

The map looks amazing though and it's a wonder how you can create them all so quickly. The scale is really much better than that you get in a lot of other maps and the detail is not at all compromised. It must be just so nice to play this map (and others you make) even just relishing in the beauty of it. It's just really cool.

That's Great Stuff :xcahik_:

The people being Elven don't bother me but you could try some Corsairs or wild men

and let them wander as civilian objects ... mix them up and it should be OK ...

Dam you map FAST :crazed:

Seems to be a trend of late to scale up everything. Gives a whole new visual perspective to BfME maps. :crazed:
