I don't get why people don't understand how Creator is aiming for more dynamic gameplay
He's basically given players to a incentive to leave their base position then to camp forever before a disconnect occurs and with no attacks happening other then bombers or superweapons.

I don't like the build-time slowdown or the limiting economy (slowing the game down), but I'll try it and see if it works.

All we do is play online, SinglePlayer in RTS is one of the most boring things ever.

First of all, it's Contra not ZH. So, you need a different way to counter such tactics. Artillery base def is much weaker than in 005. 4-5 tank rounds can easily kill it. If he camped in his base like that, you just expand and consolidate your army. Keep him contain and use some micro to punch a hole. If you're playing GLA, I suggest using Mortar strafing. Keep them moving. For China, go for tank and artillery support. Your tanks would draw enemy artillery (which would miss if you keep moving) while your artillery bombard those def sites. USA, you need some combination of aircraft and Humvee+TOW/Missile Defenders. If you're playing USA, you could have hit him hard from the beginning to gain upper hand. Check my strategy topic for more detail.Nobody is really ever online and the last game i played was this weird guy from russia on dark crusade and as GLA he just built a Huge bunch of arty defenses , my only logical counter to that in vZH was to build a super weapon but seeing as the rank tier system got in the way that just isnt a possibly , he had a endless fortress of ARTILLARY defenses , what can i do to stop that?
