It was added to all resource buildings during the battletest (patch 1.05, as you can tell by the ; ; ) so of course it isn't in RotWK. I want to know what it actually DOES. What is this great difference between BFME II and RotWK RBs? I figured it might work to standardize resource production when near uneven terrain, but... I don't observe any difference ingame.
