I'll find out whats ready to go in-game. Sure a few things don't have proper animations or FX. One of those WLs is gonna be the Harlies WLs for sure.

However, Karandras will be on the Harlies and Craftworld team for sure.

Now you know why no other PC or console game will ever remotely have as much War40k goodness as DoW1 will. Hell, by the time DoW3 comes out we'll have covered everything in DoW1 and DoW2 will be an after-thought.
