Gameplay
The Scrin are basically the same, and yet much stronger, they have a better harvester and a stronger Tripod. But it's the 'Air epic' unit that pushes them into the upper limits. Of course the key focus when facing the Scrin is to insure that they never reach the very highest tech levels and also to insure that they do not have the vast cash reserves required to build their super high tech army.

GDI Tier 1 ability to harass is missing due to the absence of the 'Pitbull', but the standard Predator, Rocket squad, APC mix still works wonders.
At tier 2 they really come into their own class, and there is no doubt that they own this tech level with the versatile Titan, the medium range and very powerful Hover MRLS, the Black Hawk infantry transport & finally the rapid long range repairs afforded by the Repair bay.
Ideally GDI will finish an enemy at Tier 2, but at Tier 3 they are still powerful what with the Mammoth tank, Fire Hawk & the Juggernaut.

Nod are vastly changed. Tier 1 is still the same for them. That means strong enemy harvester harassment especially on larger maps, and now they have turret, a powerful low tech anti vehicle defence. However, depending on how successful the harassment was, it'll be difficult defeating GDI $ for $ at tier 1.
At Tier 2 Nod really mix it up, they gain an artillery piece. The damage is type 'Grenade' which means you won't be using it destroy enemy tanks (yet...) but it is much cheaper than Scrin or GDI artillery and if you cab shield them effectively, they'll quickly destroy enemy buildings.
The loss of the Venom aircraft is also a blow for Nod. Despite the fact that the Apache is much better at taking out infantry, it cannot target enemy aircraft and it must reload.
At Tier 3 its a disaster! the loss of the Avatar means that Nod can no longer go head to head with GDI or Scrin Tier 3 vehicles. You wouldn't think taht a single reinforcement power vehicle would be the difference at Tier 3 for Nod, but then you would not have reckoned on the power of the Devil's tongue.
Clever use of the Devil's tongue will allow you the breathing space you need, while your opponent struggles to rebuild his lost tech\economy.
At Tier 4 the Tiberium research facility is difference for Nod. First it unlocks the Chemical warrior. This unit can render your enemies armour advantage irrelevant, however it is difficult to use effectively and it's very expensive.
In my opinion researching the 'Blue Tiberium Mix' upgrade at the Tiberium facility is a no-brainer. It turns your cheap artillery unit into a tank killer, it doubles the attack of your Rocket squads (often the most spammed unit) and gives a nice attack boost to your Sam sites!
If that wasn't enough, it also upgrades your 'Seed Tiberium' power into the much better 'Seed Blue Tiberium' power (You'll have to wait for the timer before your first use, otherwise the 'Blue Tiberium Mix' upgrade would instantly pay for itself!)
Since I've mentioned infantry I'll tell you now that Nod are an infantry spammers dream. The addition of the Confessor squads means that mixed infantry spam is stronger than ever. If you manage to get the 'Blue Mix' upgrade it becomes oppressively difficult to beat mixed Confessor\Rocket squad spam.

You can now get units from crates. I decided that you can only get Tiberian Dawn or Tiberian Sun units. Of course it's has broken has hell, if someone gets a Devil's tongue early, it's game over!

While all feedback is welcome, here are a few things I'm curious on:
Scrin
What is your feeling on the Scrin 'epic'? In particular I want to know if you feel that the 'epic-rebuild-loop' that plagued Kane's wrath (Opponent builds epic, epic does far more damage than it's worth, you destroy it, 50 seconds later your repeating the scenario) is present here.

GDI
Do you feel it's worth building a Titan for anything other than nostalgia? Do you build the Hover MRLS for any other reason than anti air?
Is predator\Mammoth tank spam still the way to go?

Nod
Do you feel that the turret is a worthwhile investment? is it too strong? Do you feel that the Sam site is too strong? Did you find the Apaches worthwhile?
How different does Nod play now that they cannot hide behind the Avatar?

Please report anything that comes to you while playing this beta, your feedback is valuable.

I'm amazed to see at least this C&C3 project still going. Will try this out as soon as I have time.
