for the mostpart, I take pride in how my site has come along, it might be weak compared to all yours but i just started using php saturday, and I made it from scratch (no templates, love it) however I'm still haveing a few problems, and erm... I can only remember one right now (i can be a bit slow at times)

1. my uploads won't work. the pafiledb says they are uploaded, gives me a link and then you click download now, or go to the link provided and there is no file? :so:

To upload anything to the server without FTP requires you to 'CHMOD' a folder.
This has to be done with an FTP program.

Use your FTP program to find the uploads folder in pafiledb, Right click the folder, select properties and set the CHMOD (file persmissions) to 777.
