Hey guys, I need a new motherboard to fix my computer :p
I need an AMD2+ socket, On-board graphics (GeForce is much, much, much preferred) and ATX
I've looked for ages and can't find a decent one.
Any suggestions for me?

The onboard graphics will stunt your choices. I would seriously invest in a dedicated card rather than using onboard.

Meeting your specs only yielded this as a decent result. And I would not recommend ASRock. Ever.

It has to be onboard because I don't have enough money to buy a motherboard and a graphics ;) and I found a few I'd prefer to that one, but they're not that good either. Thanks for trying :good:

What's your budget? I can recommend better if I know how much you can spend.

These are by no means the best, but they fit the budget and they're good.

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813131618
Video Card: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814102892

Just make sure the motherboard supports your CPU and RAM, but RAM less so.

I really wouldn't buy Asus. I've had two of their motherboards and both of them bricked within 18 months. What's more, there's a brilliant new version of their ami BIOS for their P7 series motherboards that doesn't just brick your board - it can't be flashed back to a previous version. Genius!

Edit: http://vip.asus.com/...SLanguage=en-us

That's the forum for people having issues with my current bricked motherboard. As you can see, their technical support is completely on the ball - with noone bothering to deal with the problem two months after releasing a BIOS revision that never worked and couldn't possibly have even been tested.

I have an Asus board and it's run solid for the last 3 years no problems. My brother had an Asus, but his girlfriend has that PC now and it's running like a champ... while being older than mine.

I do like the motherboard, but would it work with a nVidia graphics card? Or are they not compatible? The only Radeon I even had blew up ;)

It should work just fine, but an ATI would be a better choice since AMD and ATI are the same company.
